Our Core Products and Processes are:
Anodised Aluminium Nameplates
Anodising creates a very durable surface by allowing the printed detail to be sealed inside the aluminium. They are very economical to produce and can be used internally and externally and are particularly suitable where solvent resistance is vital.
Chemically Etched Stainless Steel Nameplates
Chemically etched stainless steel nameplates are extremely hardy and are particularly suitable for external use in harsh environments such as high temperatures and marine use. They are also suitable for internal use especially in corrosive atmospheres. They provide an economic solution where logos are involved.
Chemically Etched Brass Nameplates
Chemically etched brass nameplates are suitable for internal and external use and are generally chosen where a stylish appearance and durability is required. Brass offers excellent corrosion resistance and lacquering provides further protection from the elements.
Undersurfaced Printed Plastic Labels
Undersurface printed plastic labels can be made from PVC, polyester or polycarbonate. They are extremely durable and because the printed matter is fully protected by the front face of the clear material they are suitable for internal and external use.
Vinyl and Foil Stickers
Vinyl and foil stickers are generally supplied in rolls and are very good value for money. They can be used in numerous applications and can be overlaminated to protect the printed legend.
All our products can be produced in a variety of sizes and thicknesses with either square, radiused or cropped corners and with holes for fixing, or permanent adhesive
backing. There is a wide choice of colours available and an extensive range of tooling exists to cater for cut outs and shapes.
Nameplates can be consecutively numbered either by stamping or by machine engraving.
